Sonoma County Women in Law Scholarship
Each year, Sonoma County Women in Law raises funds to provide scholarship opportunities
to promising law students with ties to Sonoma County, who have demonstrated
a commitment to increasing women's access to, and involvement in, the law.
This year, SCWiL will award one $5,000 scholarship.
Applicants must be law students in good standing, with a connection to Sonoma County.
Additional information is available on the Sonoma County Community Foundation's website,
which administers the scholarship.
Beginning December 5, 2011, students can find everything needed to complete the application process
by visiting the website for the Community Foundation at www.sonomacf.org,
click on Receive, then click on Scholarships.
At the bottom of the page, click on the link for Scholarship Application Packet
and fill out the application under the "COLLEGE" link.
All application materials must be received in the Community Foundation office
no later than 5:00 pm, Monday, March 5, 2012. No deadline extensions will be made.
Please follow the directions carefully, and make sure your application is complete.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
