Karen Tynan is a sole practitioner from Healdsburg who had developed a “niche practice” in defending employers in the Cal-OSHA forum. From that “niche”, a new niche developed (and a loyal client base followed) in the adult entertainment industry.
Naomi Metz is lead attorney in the Santa Rosa office for DLKLawGroup and has forged an expertise in the area of estate planning for same-sex couples. She leads educational seminars on estate planning, tax and property issues for LGBT families. She also co-founded and helps to facilitate a study group for attorneys and tax professionals regarding the complex interaction between state and federal tax and property laws as they relate to same-sex couples.
